Yes! KollectPop is free to use. You can create an account, upload cards, browse the marketplace, and trade with other collectors at no cost. We also offer a Kollector membership that unlocks unlimited card uploads and other premium features for serious collectors.

Click the 'Sign Up' button in the top right corner of any page. Enter your email address, create a username, and set a password. That's it - you're ready to start collecting!

After signing in, go to 'My Cards' and click 'Add Card'. Upload a clear photo of your photocard, and our AI will help identify the idol. Follow the setup wizard to confirm the details and set your trade/sale preferences.

Find a card you want in the marketplace or on someone's profile, then click 'Offer Trade'. Select cards from your collection to offer, add an optional message, and send your offer. The other collector can accept, decline, or counter your offer.

Trades go through several stages: pending (waiting for response), countered (if they make a counter-offer), accepted (both agreed), and completed (after physical exchange). Both parties mark the trade complete once cards are received.

Check the collector's wishlist on their profile to see what they're looking for, then offer cards of similar value. Add a friendly message explaining why you want the card. Fair offers with clear communication get accepted more often!

Once both collectors mark the trade as complete, the cards automatically transfer ownership in the system. You can leave a rating and review for your trading partner to help build trust in the community.

You can cancel a pending, countered, or accepted trade any time before either collector marks it complete. If someone changes their mind after accepting, canceling the trade will unlock the cards so they can be traded again.

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your membership benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period. You can rejoin whenever you'd like.

Always check a trader's profile, ratings, and reviews before trading. Use tracked shipping, share tracking numbers, and take photos of your cards and packaging. Communicate clearly and don't rush into trades with new accounts.

If you believe you received a counterfeit card, contact the trader first to resolve it. If that doesn't work, reach out to our support team with photos and details. We take authenticity seriously and will help investigate.

After completing a trade, both parties can leave a 1-5 star rating and written review. Ratings are public and help the community identify trustworthy traders. Be honest and fair in your reviews.

You can report issues through the trade page, user profile, or by contacting support directly. Include as much detail as possible including screenshots and photos. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
