How Do I Keep Track of My Photocard Collection?

Keep your photocard collection organized and always know what you own. Here's how to use KollectPop as your collection tracker.

Why track your collection?

• Know what you have - no more buying duplicates by accident
• See your progress - watch your collection grow
• Trade smarter - quickly find cards to offer
• Show it off - share your collection with others

Step 1: Upload your cards

Start by adding cards to your collection:
- Click Add Card from your dashboard
- Upload a photo
- Follow the setup wizard
- Repeat for all your cards

Step 2: Organize by status

Mark each card's status:
- In Collection - cards you're keeping
- For Trade - cards available to trade
- For Sale - cards you want to sell
- Hidden - cards you don't want visible

Step 3: View your collection

Go to My Cards to see everything you own:
- Filter by idol or group
- Sort by date added
- See trade/sale status at a glance

Step 4: Track duplicates

When you have duplicate cards:
- Upload each one separately
- Mark extras as "For Trade"
- Use them to get cards you want

Step 5: Share your collection

Your collection appears on your public profile:
- Other collectors can browse it
- They can see what you might trade
- It builds your reputation as a collector
